Best of painting techniques

Since I decided to experiment more in the future with various techniques by which you can create interesting painting effects, I once again traveled through the DIY-blogland. And I’ve found some great tutorials that I want to show you. I myself would never have thought of all the ideas with which one can produce structural effects and I am definitely inspired to abandon all my old ideas on the subject of painting and try some new approaches.

Usually my “Best of” is a mixture of English and German instructions. But this time coincidentally all tutorials that I found exciting were only in English. If any of you have problems with understanding something, feel free to write me and I try to help (this part was mend for my German readers 🙂 but if you have questions to German tutorials you can write me, too).

As always, here are now the individual tutorials. Enjoy reading and be amazed!

This is a variation of the vinegar-coffee-steel wool solution that I have presented to you here, and in addition further metals are proposed to produce other colors.
